{求助}英语短文改错及润色

文章如下，是我要发给一位已经离开我们学校的美国老师的电邮，想表达的意思就这么多，主要是想恳求他写推荐信给我，希望大家帮我找找语法错误或者润色一下，不要让那个我的英文表达显得那么青涩，谢了~~

Although i don't know whether you still use this e- mail address,i try it as a chance to contact with you.
I am a senior three student who has ever taken your exploring study at 10th grade.
Knowing that you have to leave SZ because of some privit reasons ,but i still remember you've said on our class whether you've left SZ someday or not ,you can still write recommendations for the students you've taught.Cause of the your left and the short of the consulors,this year's students who want to study abroad can't can get any authoritical recommendations,and now it's the time for us to apply to colleges, can you spend some of your time to write a recommendition for me?If you don't have enough time to know about me,i can go to HK to see you.I will very appreciate you if you can help me .
